Terms and Conditions

Once eligibility is met a 10% professional trade discount may be applied to any merchandise purchased at a Crate and Barrel store in Canada. Rights are non transferable and cannot be redeemed at any Crate and Barrel store in the US, at any Crate and Barrel Outlet, CB2 or Land of Nod stores, or at crateandbarrel.com, cb2.com or landofnod.com.

Terms of Eligibility:

  • Accredited Designer Rewards members (who are referenced generically as "Trade") must present either a business card, letterhead or an identifying letter or membership card from a professional organization.
  • The Designer Rewards members name and address, or that of his or her Firm must be listed in the trade information at our store.
  • The Trade member, once approved, is the only person authorized to make purchases and must present his or her Crate and Barrel Designer Rewards ID Card along with an accepted form of picture identification (e.g., driver's license, provincial identification card or passport).
  • Each Trade member must apply separately for membership by submitting individual qualifications.
  • Qualifying Trade members must sign this Letter of Agreement signifying their agreement to the terms and conditions set forth in this letter and of this program generally (as such terms and conditions may be established by Crate and Barrel from time to time).

United States Eligibility:

  • Once your application is approved for use in Canada, you may request a card for use in the United States.
  • US terms are the same as in Canada, with a few differences such as, for example, redemption locations.
  • To request a US card email your name, your firm's name, your Crate and Barrel Canada Designer Rewards ID number and business phone number to designtradecanada@crateandbarrel.com and allow 2-4 weeks for processing.

Discount:

  • Discount is applied at the point of sale on merchandise only. Gift cards, services, shipping, taxes and fees are not eligible for the discount.
  • The discount does not apply to any purchases made prior to enrollment in this program.
  • Discount is not valid with any other offer.
  • All purchases must be made through a Crate and Barrel store in Canada. Purchases from Crate and Barrel stores in the US, at Crate and Barrel Outlet, CB2 or Land of Nod store locations, or at crateandbarrel.com, cb2.com or landofnod.com are not eligible for the discount.
  • Purchases must be made and paid for by the approved member. To make a purchase, you must present a Crate and Barrel Designer Rewards ID along with a valid driver's license, passport or provincial ID. Designer Rewards members must use their own credit card; credit cards of a Trade member's clients will not be accepted.
  • Merchandise eligible for the Designer Rewards discount is limited to merchandise available in Canada, including full-price, reduced-price and closeout items. Merchandise from US Crate and Barrel, Crate and Barrel Outlet, CB2 or Land of Nod stores or from crateandbarrel.com, cb2.com or loandofnod.com, including merchandise sold only in the United States or through other channels (other than through our stores in Canada), is not eligible for Designer Rewards discount.
  • All merchandise eligible for the Designer Rewards discount is priced in Canadian dollars and the corresponding discount is calculated using Canadian pricing alone. Prices for merchandise are set for each item and are non-negotiable.
  • The Designer Rewards member will be responsible for payment of any and all taxes, service charges and other fees due on the discounted amounts, in accordance with any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Product returns are subject to the Crate and Barrel return policy and will be credited at the 10% discount rate.
  • Crate and Barrel reserves the right to review and terminate a Designer Rewards member's eligibility if the terms of this agreement or our program generally are violated.

Crate and Barrel reserves the right to change, expand, contract or cancel any terms and conditions on which the Designer Rewards Program is conducted/or the attendant discount is provided, and to terminate such program and/or discount at any time. Such changes, expansion, contraction or cancellation may occur at the discretion of Crate and Barrel, even without prior notice to the Trade member.
