Although you may view Canadian gift registries online, you cannot purchase a registry gift through crateandbarrel.ca at this time. Please contact our stores at 888.657.4108 during store business hours to place an order.

Our Canadian gift registries cannot process international purchases using FiftyOne at crateandbarrel.com. Please contact our stores at 888.657.4108 during store business hours to purchase a registry gift.

After a purchase, our system updates your registry within 15 minutes, if not immediately. However, the occasional duplicate purchase may occur. If this happens, we will gladly allow return or exchange of the gift. Some reasons you might receive duplicates:

• Several guests buying gifts on the same day.
• A guest may not have the most up-to-date copy of your registry.
• After making a purchase, a guest changes his/her mind.

Your registry will remain active for 18 months after your event date. If you need to access it after that, call us at 888.657.4108. Just give us your name, co-registrant’s name, registry number (if available) and date of event.

Absolutely. When you’re registering in a Crate and Barrel Canada store, just indicate on your registry that you’d like to receive Gift Cards. Many guests would like to give Gift Cards, but would feel more comfortable doing so if they knew it was an option you had requested. Gift Cards are also a good backup to have in case your registry reaches completion, and a guest isn’t sure what you’d like.

A Registrant is the primary person responsible for managing the Gift Registry. Registrants are required to submit contact and shipping information.

A Co-Registrant has access and partnership in the Gift Registry. Co-Registrants are not required to submit contact or shipping information.

Both the Registrant and Co-Registrant can add, edit, delete and make updates to the Gift Registry.

Yes. Shortly after your event date, we’ll mail you a 10% off Completion Card to use on all items purchased for 6 months—even if they’re not on your list. To redeem your discount, use the promotion code on your Card. You may use it to shop in our Toronto, Mississauga or Calgary stores, or by calling 888.657.4108.

Every item we carry can be added to your registry. You may create or edit a registry by visiting our Toronto or Calgary store, or by calling 888.657.4108 during store business hours.
