What are the terms of eligibility?
An applicant who meets the criteria will be eligible for participation in the Business Sales Program (and referenced herein as a “Member”) upon approval by the Company after presentation of the following:
- 1.A Business Card indicating the applicant’s business;
- 2. A completed and signed Application; and
- 3. Either: a) a copy of the applicant’s Business License; or
b) a business tax identification number
How does Business Sales differ from your Design Trade Program?
Our Business Sales program is for hospitality projects, commercial retailers, multi-residential developments and more, while our Design Trade Program is for design/build industry professionals working on single-residential projects.

As a member of our Business Sales program, you will receive a concierge level of service for your project that includes a dedicated associate, made to order and curated products, on-site installation and expert design services. Business Sales offers the variety and range of both our brands—Crate and Barrel and CB2—as well as customizable commercial-grade pieces to suit any project, all with our trusted quality and style.
Who qualifies to be a member of Crate and Barrel Business Sales?
The Business Sales team works with companies focused on large hospitality, commercial and residential projects. If that describes your work, simply present the following:
- A business card indicating your company
- A completed and signed application form
- Either: a) a copy of your business license; or b) your business tax identification number
