Referencing the Portuguese word "linha" meaning "line," our Lina blue-striped mug is a testament to the artistry of the Portuguese artisans who handcraft each piece. Each stoneware mug is trimmed and polished by hand before receiving a coat of off-white reactive glaze. Once fired, the ceramic artists hand paint dark matte blue stripes on the exterior before a second firing. The results enliven the rustically shaped mug with a unique display of flecks and free-flowing lines.
