This cast iron pan does double duty as grill and griddle. The smooth sizzler side is perfect for frying up bacon, eggs or fajitas, while the ribbed side imparts seared grill marks on steaks, salmon and veggies. Removable handles latch onto the pan to safely move the grizzler plate in and out of the oven, or straight to the table onto the included wood serving board. Use on the stovetop, in the oven, on the grill or in an Ooni pizza oven (sold separately).
