The Japanese art of charred cedar—shou sugi ban or yakisugi—inspired the black wirebrushed treatment. The cabinet's bifold doors elongate the silhouette with vertical lines, complemented by a circle bisected by slim handles. Inside four shelves and two drawers provide plenty of space for dinnerware and serving pieces, bedroom linens or media equipment. A pair of cord management cutouts accommodate electronics.
