Domestic and International Shipping
International Delivery
As a temporary measure in response to continued flight limitations resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, the standard delivery shipping option will not be available at checkout for international customers in most countries after April 1st. Express shipping will be the only option available for most countries at this time. The exceptions are as follows for customers in: China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and South Korea will continue to have both standard and express options. The European Union will continue to have both postal (where available) and express options. India, Colombia, Libya, Mauritius, Seychelles, Somalia, South Africa, and Mayotte will no longer be able to place orders due to country import restrictions at this time.

- An adult (18 years or older) must be present to accept delivery
- Items shipped via Basic Freight Delivery are boxed and arrive at your door
- Our carrier will call 1–2 days before your delivery date to schedule an estimated time of delivery.

Local In-Home Delivery Details
- In-stock merchandise is usually delivered within 7-14 business days, though some areas may take longer
- For a flat fee per trip, we will deliver every piece of in-stock furniture in your order regardless of the number of items.
- If your order contains both in-stock and back-ordered merchandise, we will deliver all items in one delivery.
- Multiple deliveries can be accommodated by request for an additional delivery fee.
- Service via dedicated delivery partners for customer addresses within our local delivery areas (locations near our stores or warehouses).
- Additional charges may apply to special warehouse and residential circumstances, including remote locations not readily accessible; please call 888-780-5873 for details about your location.
- White Glove delivery includes two-man service, placement in a room of your choice and removal of packaging. Product is assembled unless otherwise specified.
- 1-2 days before delivery, you will receive a call with a 2-4 hour delivery time frame. Time frames are routed geographically and cannot be changed
- Deliveries must be changed or cancelled 3 days before your scheduled delivery date to avoid a CAD 45 rescheduling fee.
- Driver will not move existing furniture so please clear the area prior to delivery.
- Person accepting delivery must be at least 18 years of age.
Long Distance In-Home Delivery Fee
- The Long Distance In-Home Delivery charge is a flat rate (per trip) of CAD 599 for unlimited furniture delivered to Postal codes within Canada.

Long Distance In-Home Delivery Details

Gift Card Delivery Details
- Gift Cards will be shipped to Canadian addresses via Canada Post or Courier Delivery.
- Crate and Barrel Gift Cards may be redeemed online at crateandbarrel.ca or cb2.ca. This service is currently not available in Quebec. They may also be used at our Crate and Barrel stores, CB2 stores, or by phone for catalog orders.
- Please note: We do not personalize Gift Cards with a recipient name. Each Gift Card is issued in the denomination indicated by the purchaser. You can enter a gift message free of charge during checkout.
Add Special Delivery Instructions
Manage special delivery instructions by adding them directly to your FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice account.
To find out who your carrier is, log into your Crate & Barrel account and find the Orders tab under your account settings. From there, click View Order Details then Track Package.
If you checked out as a guest and do not have a Crate & Barrel account, click View Order Details on your confirmation email.
