One primary partner operates a large-scale apiary with thousands of hives, wintering along the milder British Columbia coast to jumpstart spring activity, then relocating to central regions to pollinate primarily clover and alfalfa during the summer. Beyond producing premium honey and beeswax, this beekeeper also supports smaller apiaries by processing their honey and wax for them. Functioning like a cooperative, this allows fellow beekeepers who lack access to large-scale equipment to efficiently process and sell their harvest.
